Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase the earring front and post seperately?

Yes, you can now purchase the earring front and labret posts separately, allowing for complete customisation of your earrings. To order just the earring front select 'none' in the section where it asks for the length post required before adding the item to your cart.

Can I install the jewellery myself?

Yes. However, as a specialist piercing jewellery brand we intentionally manufacture our posts with a very firm screw mechanism to ensure our earrings are secure in the ear. We recommend purchasing one of our taper kits which will make threading the post through the ear much easier. The kit also includes latex finger cots that will provide extra grip when installing the earrings.

Can I leave my jewellery in permanently?

Yes, all of our earrings are made out of 14K solid white or yellow gold and use lab grown diamonds or stones. This means that you can leave them in your ear 24/7. 
Can I use a Covetear earring front inside a different company's post?
All of our products are designed in house and one of a kind. This means that our products do not work in conjunction with another company's product and ours will only screw into each other.
