Casual Piercer/Ear Curator

We are searching for a talented piercer and jewellery curator for a Casual Position at our Sydney Flagship Studio.

Experience Piercer/Ear Curator - The Role
Our Covetear Piercers will not only be responsible for inspirational piercings and all aspects of studio management but they will also play an integral role in the development and application of company-wide studio styling services.
They must be passionate about ear style curation, expert piercing services and sustainably produced fine jewellery with a strong understanding of fair trade/recycled precious metals, lab-grown gemstones and initial piercing jewellery recommendations. They will have maintained infection control qualifications and follow the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Expert needle piercer who is able to deliver a personalised, professional service to the Covetear customer, including style advice, well-informed aftercare and healing guidelines tailored to the client piercing type.
- Both sales and service-focused.
- Maintain the studio schedule and online booking system.
- Manage each client's check-up and downsizing appointments.
- Contribute to collection design and communicate all piercing product and service feedback to the CEO, Design Team and Marketing Lead.
- Handle customer complaints and studio challenges in real-time utilising empathic listening skills for genuine understanding.
- Maintain Covetear brand integrity and values at all times.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of needle piercing experience - Preferred
- Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewellery.
- Attention to detail, autonomous and adaptable - with a desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

Studio Manager/Experienced Piercer

We are searching for a talented piercer and jewellery curator for the role of Studio Lead for our new Sydney Flagship Studio.
This role offers a piercing career opportunity for those looking to grow with a consciously progressive, sustainability-focused, fashion-forward company from the ground up.
The position will initially start with 3 days, with a view to moving into a full-time role.
